[ADDITION]

this is an addition to my post on my worries of having children now that i am facing “single-hood” and will soon be divorced AND that i am going to be 33 years old in 15 days (march 25 - i love anything mac / apple, a small donation to the help mylifewithdepression.com pay her bills fund! or for you to forward my site to anyone who wants to get into a depressed person’s mind, to learn more about the day to day of depression or someone who wants a chuckle once in awhile.)

oh so anyways; i got distracted by what you are going to give me as a birthday gift (hint-hint-wink-wink) - like i was saying, now that i’m getting old and i won’t have a husband to father my child … should i be soooo worried as i am now?

i used to worry about my friends who are not married yet. they are the same age. but now i think that they should be more worried about ME! at least they’ve been dating and getting into their serious - possibly marriage relationships. they’re going to have babies in their mid-30’s and i will be 50 before i have my first child! sad sad cruel life.

    OK.
    FINE.

i’m being sarcastic, but i bring this up because i wanted to start a book section in this blog. i’ve read and purchased waaaaay tooooo many books during the height of my depression and recovery for one life time.

and i’ve noticed that some of you guys click on the ‘books’ category to find nothing. so here’s my attempt to fill up that section.

in relation to my baby worries, i found this book by diana dell,md - a reproductive psychiatrist at Duke University Medical Center. through an article called The Motherhood Decision. there is a really good recap if you just select that previous highlighted text.

OK! WOW! this woman did a residency in ob/gyn AND psychiatry. WOW! good back ground for such a book.

after reading the recap, i think that that’s going to be one of my next books to read. HEY! if you finish it before me, tell me your thoughts on it - yeah?
