well, not really. i owe the agents $50K and the rest of that money goes to when i buy another condo or townhouse or loft or house. some of it is going to sustain me for i hope enough for a year so that i am able to get my business up and running. I REALLY NEED TO FOCUS ON MY BUSINESS PLAN AND SEE HOW MUCH MONEY I CAN BORROW. maybe i can leverage this amount and my 401K. i’ve been getting distracted in looking for a location. i’ve gotten answers from 5 agents telling me the locations that i contacted them about do not fit my criteria.
i have therapy so i have to get dressed. OH! i’m setting up my reunion with my old co-workers. i’ll be down in LA the weekend after mother’s day. i’ve set it up for the past 2 years. i’m hoping to bring in one guy from texas, one gal from san diego, one from here in SF and another who used to be a pitcher for the detroit tigers - he doesn’t need to work, but he does anyway.
