hi. thanks for visiting my site. i’m M. i’m 33 years old. i’m an ENFP. this is a diary/journal that i’m keeping for therapeutic reasons. you see,

i have depression: i’ve let it rule my life.

i had it all: a $100k career, husband who is successful, property in the $1+ million neighborhood, another property minutes from the beach, enough in savings to buy a porsche with cash, household income in the top 3% in the country while individual incomes in the top 5.6%, close friends, great relationship with parents and siblings and most importantly, awesome niece and nephew.

i lost it all because depression ruled me. so this is my story. this is a story of how i’m taking back control of my life one day at a time. recent posts | home
